Our Return & Refund Policy

Everything You Need to Know

At this moment, it's beyond my scope to process any returns or refunds. As it's a 1 Person operation right now, with technical assistance from my husband. 

I personally handpick every items I sell here. I take the all the product photos & pack every item for shipping personally as well. So you can be assured that you won't ever be sent any faulty or defective items. 


In rarest cases, if you, by any chance, receive any faulty or defective items, please let me know at care@kuniqua.com. Even if I can't refund, I will make it up to you in some way or another. As I am absolutely new to this, your cooperation & understanding would mean a lot to me. 

Exceptional Refund Cases

  1. If you didn't receive the item you've purchased, didn't receive any communication from shipping provider about any delay & shipping provider is unable to furnish any proof that you've received the item; we'll refund your full amount surely. 

  2. If we find any issues with your purchased item before shipping, you'll be informed & issued a full refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received for above 2 cases, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request.


We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with sufficient information.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
